Arclo ("Arclo," "we," "us") builds your training schedule around your real life. This policy explains what information the Arclo mobile app collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We aim to collect only what we need to make the app work for you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How your information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run Arclo, and only as needed:

Google API Services User Data Policy

Arclo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Arclo accesses Google Calendar (the calendar.events scope) only to read your events' times so it can schedule workouts around them and, when you opt in, to add your scheduled workouts to your calendar. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide these features or as required by law. Humans do not read your Google Calendar data.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with our cloud provider under access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. When you delete your account, we delete your associated personal data, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.

Arclo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
